Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment for products in stock.
The delivery time on non-stock products is mentioned both on the product sheet (to the right of the photo) and on the order summary (summary of the basket at the start of your order).
Standard shipping method is UPS, delivered without signature. If you would like a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Particular care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.
Receipt of your order:
Upon receipt of your order, unpack and meticulously check your product in the presence of the delivery person, even if the packaging is intact.
Before signing or if you decide to refuse the package, write on the delivery slip all the reservations and observations that you deem useful, particularly concerning damage linked to transport (specify if the packaging is damaged: torn protective film, damaged packaging , open, ripped cardboard…).
Do not sign under pressure from the delivery person. If you do not agree, specify the reason on the delivery note: 'the delivery person did not wish to be present at the unpacking during inspection of the package'.
This is your right and only means of contesting in the event of damage. The words “subject to unpacking” have no legal value.
Options available via UPS:
Access Point option
Your package is delivered within 24/48 hours to the most convenient relay point of your choice: near your workplace, your home, on your daily journey.
From €4.50 at a relay point (may vary depending on the weight of the package)
Relay points are local merchants with wide opening hours and generally open on Saturdays or even Sundays.
An e-mail is sent to you as soon as your package is made available in the relay.
You have 10 days to collect it. You will then be asked for proof of identity.
This option is only available for deliveries to mainland France (Corsica and Overseas Territories excluded).
Please note: relay points do not receive packages on Saturdays and since relay points are merchants, they may have weekly closing days.
Local shops are rigorously selected and are at your disposal to meet strict criteria of quality of welcome, accessibility and availability, to offer you all the flexibility that saves you time.
Home delivery option
Your package is delivered within 24/48 hours directly to your home.
From €8.90 at home (may vary depending on the weight of the package)
Express Delivery Option
24 to 48 hours | Choose serenity. Shipping delivered directly to your home!
The Express offer is dedicated to urgent shipments: it allows you to benefit from delivery the day after collection of your package. This offer guarantees delivery before noon.
Express deliveries will be available the next day if orders are placed before 5 p.m. and the products are in stock.
Returns of goods
To return an item, simply go to your customer area and indicate the product(s) you wish to return. After validation of the return by our customer service, you must place the return slip in the package and send the package via the carrier of your choice (shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the event of a product defect), following address:

Please note: the deadline for returning products is 14 days after receipt. No product will be refunded if it has been unpacked and/or used. Only new products in their original packaging will be eligible for a refund.
